Hello! It is the official launch week here on We All Scream for Veggies! I’m taking the plunge, and I am excited to share this new project with all of you!

This week I plan to share more about my previous experience with Whole30. My husband and I will be doing a Whole45 soon, and I will be documenting my Whole45 experience on the blog so you can follow along with me. Last time I did a Whole30 I did not document it, so I am interested to see how it impacts my experience. I think it will be great!
