I started a Whole45 on Monday and totally failed doing meal prep Sunday. It would have been so much better/easier at the beginning of the week if I had, so I will definitely be doing it this weekend! I love garlic. It’s good with so many things! Sweet potatoes are also a staple at my house. So, one evening I baked sweet potato fries in the oven and experimented with the seasoning on a whim.
